It is a sad day here as we must announce that GM Raikou is leaving.  You probably noticed his absence over the last couple of days.  He is moving on to some other things but will hopefully stop by every once and a while to say hello.  Send him a shout to wish him luck.  I'll be working with the current mods to make sure we keep the community moving!

Hello again to everyone!  We have recently moved our servers to a new location with a better connection in hopes of improving latency between players.  Ultimately, it still relies on the player location still.  So if you are playing from South America and trying to play with someone from Europe, most likely there will be some lag issues.  We will look into other ways to improve latency as well but for now enjoy the new connections.  This week we launched the weekly tournaments.  These tournaments will be run by our new trial moderators,  They are deathsin and x3m.  Our other moderators are spankme, death, naathan.  We will announce a few more later as we still need to work out a few details.  We hope you will enjoy the new tournaments.  We also have some new events coming up.  One that is now on the event server is the 50 pushes event.  You can earn a pretty nifty dumbbell by just getting 50 pushes.  Keep an eye out for more announcements and thanks for tuning in!

In the past week and this week, we have been having some issues with the chat server going down and require several restarts.  We have placed a new server side patch in order to resolve this issue.  Hopefully it has resolved it.  On wednesday we announced that we will be moving the servers to a new location.  This should improve connections between players and reduce latency or lag.  Keep an eye out for more announcements regarding this move.  Lastly, after speaking with our developers, our next patch will not be released on April 30, 2009.  We will let you know when the next patch is coming. which should be soon.  Thanks for reading my recap.  Tune in next week for the next one!

Since not everyone visits our wonderful media gallery, I am posting the Top 10 Goals Video: Issue 1 here.  I hope everyone likes it.  I am playing around with posting more images and images on the blog and frontpage section of the community home page.  Let me know what else you'd like us to cover.

Here we are at the end of the week.  What a week it has been!  This week we released a new patch.  This patch included new items, a new map and the lowering of prices on items and skills. 

Along with this patch, we have also placed a new event on the event server for players to get a chance on improving teamwork and getting a nice little items in the process. 

To help alleviate some stress for players and to put some cash in your pocket during these economic woes, we have implemented the Power Hour!  When players log in between the hours assigned they are awarded 3 coins at the end of each Power Hour.

It has been awhile since I have done a recap and the time has come to jump start it again.  This recap is for the month of March.  This month we have had a few changes made to the website.  The overall look of the site was changed slightly.  We removed the main page and changed it to the Community Homepage.  We also have added a new banner Marquee to help with announcements and events. 

We have also launch our Retail Box campaign in Target.  You can only get this Box at Target Stores in the USA.  Sorry to those outside of the USA, but don't worry I will be running other promotions to give you all a chance in winning a copy.  Last saturday we started a new tournament.  Action is starting to heat up as competitors are facing each other on the field.

My plans for the upcoming month of April, is to release more items and a new map for you all to enjoy.  Also keep an eye out for any special sales and price slashing.

Congratulations to Brasil All Star in winning the Club Tournament.  Thank you to all those who have participated.  Prizes will be awarded by the end of this week,  Everyone will receive some club stuff.  The winner will get their locks.  I received some replays and hopefully we will have enough footage to produce a highlight reels for you all the see.  Also keep an eye out for another top 10 video.  Today I posted a feedback post, please take the time to read it and respond to it.  It is a good chance for you all to get your opinions heard.

This week we had our Club Tournament happening.  Tomorrow will be the finals for Brasil All Star and the Luv Luv Club.  Good luck to you both!  I am sure it will be an exciting match.  Over the weekend we had a small Valentine's Contest for you all.  Thank you to those that participated and congradulations to those who received a prize.  Requests have been made to make more events and change up some of them.  We haven't received too many replays as of yet but its still early so please send in those replays so we can compile a highlight video for all to see.
