Goal Or No Goal! is a multiplayer online soccer game operated by Sleepy Giant Entertainment, Inc. and its affiliates and partners, hereinafter collectively referred to as "We" "Our" or "Us".


This Privacy Policy discloses to you the kinds of information we may gather about you when you play the online game Goal Or No Goal! (the "Game") and visit our website http://www.gongonline.com or its subdomains (collectively the "Website"). This Privacy Policy also discloses how and when we may disclose this information to others and how you can control the use of this information.

Logging: The Game and Website also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from users and visitors to the site. This data is used to manage the Website, track usage and improve the Website and Game services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to users. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes. We also log game play data.


Email Communications

We periodically send emails to users. Users who no longer wish to receive updates or notifications may choose not to by selecting 'Do not send me notification emails' in the user profile 'Account Settings'. Users who do not wish to receive newsletters may choose not to by selecting 'Do not send me newsletters' in the user profile 'Account Settings'. All notification emails and newsletters also include the above instructions for opting-out of those communications in the future.


Cookies

Cookies are used to store and track various types of information about website visitors. A cookie is a small piece of data that our web service sends to your browser and that is stored on your computer's hard drive. Cookies help us gather useful information such as estimates about the size of our audience, what features of our website are visited most etc. We never share or provide any personal identifiable information based upon the use of cookies to any other party.

User Directory: The e-mail address that you submit upon registration will be searchable, but not viewable, by other users who know you by your email address, unless you choose to opt out of this feature. This is primarily so that other users can find you to establish friendship through the Game and Website. You may opt-out of this feature by visiting the Privacy Settings section of your User Profile.


API: We may allow third parties access to all Game and Website data this is already publicly available through the Website. We will keep private any passwords and blog settings.


Syndication: We allow for the RSS syndication of all of its public content within the Website.


Partners: We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with us under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help us communicate with you about offers from us and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.


Wherever possible, there will be a link to this privacy policy on every Website page where personal information might be displayed, collected, or stored. Correcting, Updating or Removing Information

You are asked to choose a user ID and password when you join our Game and Website. Your password is known only to you unless you disclose it to others. We highly recommend that you do not disclose your password to any third party. Also, if there are others who use your computer, you should always sign-out/log out of the site and close your browser when you are done using the Internet. We use the security hardware, software and operating procedures, designed to protect the privacy of your personal information stored in the Game and Website computer systems. We are committed to providing a fun, entertaining, and safe Website for people of all ages. We are dedicated to safeguarding any personal information collected online and to helping parents and children learn how to exercise control over personal information while exploring the Internet. When registering, the player is asked to provide his/her age, email address and the email address for his/her parent or guardian. The email from us will contain a link back to the Website where the parent or guardian can grant the player under 13 permission to complete registration. The parent or guardian will also receive a separate password to access, review and modify their child's account and profile provided via email.
